1. No Return on Bulk Orders
- As we deal primarily in bulk and customized products, returns and cancellations are generally not accepted once the order is confirmed.
2. Transportation Disclaimer (Returns Not Applicable)
- Sau Rang India is not responsible for any breakage, damage, or schedule delays caused during transportation.
- Such transit-related issues are beyond our control and therefore do not qualify for return, replacement, or refund claims.
3. Damaged or Defective Products (Manufacturing Issues Only)
- Claims will only be considered for genuine manufacturing defects.
- Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with proper photo/video proof and order details.
- After verification, we may offer a replacement or suitable resolution at our discretion.
4. Custom Orders
- Products made specifically as per client requirements are non-returnable and non-refundable.
5. Refunds (If Applicable)
- Approved refunds (if any) will be processed via the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

- Minor variations in color, finish, or packaging may occur due to the handmade and festive nature of our products.
- We strongly recommend confirming all product details before placing bulk orders.
